What to Expect: Expect to be welcomed! This is a warm and caring congregation, and we want you to feel at home.
What to Wear: Wear what makes you comfortable! Some men wear jackets and ties, while others wear polos or sport shirts. Some women wear slacks, and others wear dresses. You’ll even see people in Hawaiian shirts or shorts. What matters is not what you wear, but that you are here!
Where to Park: The sanctuary is located on the corner of McCall Road and Church Avenue, facing Lemon Bay. The main parking lot is just south of the sanctuary, next to the church office and fellowship hall. There are plenty of handicapped parking spaces in the parking lot and on the Church Street side of the sanctuary. You may enter the sanctuary through the main doors or the side doors.
What You’ll Experience: Entering the sanctuary, your eyes will be drawn to the beautiful stained glass window at the front of the worship space. You’ll hear music from our talented choir and organist. You may choose to sing from the hymnal or read the same words printed on overhead screens. Our pastor preaches sermons that are engaging, thought-provoking, and Biblically-based, using stories, humor, and life experiences to help the written word become the word of life for you. We hope you’ll leave feeling closer to God and better equipped to live your daily life!
How to Get to Know People: Come to the fellowship time after worship! Every Sunday, we have coffee after worship in Kastner Hall (our fellowship hall next door to the sanctuary). On the last Sunday of the month, we have brunch (free to new visitors). This is a great opportunity to meet people, and you can pick up information about the church at our welcome table.
